What's going on here?

I wrote a webapp to track my progress with CrossFit.

What's CrossFit?

It's a workout thing. I would recommend "What is CrossFit" and the FAQ at the CrossFit main site.

Why would I use MyWOD.net?

Because tracking your progress is really important. It will keep you motivated when you hit plateaus.

What's /Lift/?

It's the web framework I used to write this app.
